backdoor approach

I took a shortcut on the medical insurance journey. I googled breast*cancer*grants*doctor and actually came up with 2 places not too far from our area that received grant monies to help 300 women with appointments and treatment. The paperwork is in and now we're just waiting for a callback to set the appointment. Meanwhile, still looking for medical insurance for her, just in case.

I have no idea why I keep saying we when it's a her thing. I guess it's because as the mom anything good or bad is still connected to me thru the invisible umbilical cord that never seems to break. We've stretched it pretty thin a few times but it always seems to heal.
