mother's day

It's that time of year once again. Hand-made school cards from the kiddies, either a gift from the husband or not depending on if he remembered early or not.

Mother's day is Sunday. So is my anniversary. That happens every couple years :)

Last year I got a beach trip that I planned and Grumpy followed. This year I want to go to a ball game at the stadium. I got free tickets, it's on my bucket list, it's my anniversary, and it's mother's day.

I'm planning but he's not following... I'm a little frustrated because it's my day by all accounts and my plans are better than his plans. We can sit around and watch me cook while everyone else watches tv any day of the week. Just saying...
